SHORT SYNOPSIS OF
DOCUMENTARY SERIES:
This 3-step non-drug related solution helps heal those suffering from TBI, PTSD, and Suicidal thoughts. It gives them the ability to not only get what is inside of them out through an art form but also allows healing for the listener in the live audience as well as lets the viewer of TV Series know they are not alone with similar feelings. This concept helps millions of people be educated about the mental and physical challenges that veterans face, as when you speak up, is when you can start to heal.
Each episode will be shot in different locations around the world, with different challenges. Veterans paired with national recording artists will listen to each other, learn to write in a journal, and then bring their story to life through their original song and on a stage in front of a live audience.

4 Veterans meet at Camp Battle Dawgs(www.battledawgs.org) to be a part of the first Songwriting Healing Camp. Getting to know the Veterans and National Recording Artists as they sit face to face in a room.
Matthew JC leads the discussion through a series of questions that allow the Veterans to talk openly about things they battle against and the ways they chose to confront the thoughts that rage in their head.

8 Veterans and 8 Local Artists sit across from each other at Will Call in Deep Ellum as they talk about their struggles returning home. Their mission is to meet back at the venue in 1 week after being paired up with an artist to bring their story to life through music and performing together. - ALASKA 2022

Veterans will travel to Kilkenny, Ireland and take on the mission to experience a healing camp with National Artists, perform a song outside Kilkenny, Castle and at the end of the mission perform their own original song at the Set Theater(www.set.ie). 1 Veteran and a National artist, travel with Matthew JC on a tour bus from Dallas to Idaho. They are challenged to come together along the road trip to write an original song in 3 days, record it in a studio and then perform on the last day of the Gordy’s HWY 30 Music Festival in front of a sold-out crowd of 8,500 people. - GORDY’S HWY 30 MUSIC FESTIVAL – Oct. 18 – 22 at Texas Motor Speedway
2 Veterans and 2 National Artists will meet in the Stockyards in Fort Worth for a Healing Camp Experience and have 3 days to compose an original song and perform it on 2 Different days of the Gordy’s HWY 30 Texas Edition Music Festival on the main stage at Texas Motor Speedway in front of over 35,000 fans 18

The Veteran and the National Artist begin writing the lyrics and music for their individual song.
Taking a deeper look into the mind and journey of the veteran and bring it to life through music and the art of songwriting - Live Performance Session
The Veteran with National Artist introduces the song and story behind how they worked together to bring it to life.
They perform the song live together.
The event will be an exclusive Gala Styled Event with professional stage sound and lighting.
A true healing experience for the listener as well beside Veteran & Artist.
